MORNING STAR helps fishermen displaced by BP oil spill

Morning Star is a faith based 501 (c) (3) non profit organization helping fight world hunger through education and training. Our primary mission is to build fish farms and training centers to teach the needy how to raise fish and vegetables for themselves. This approach permanently provides an ongoing supply of nutritious food grown by and for each specific community.

In recent months, thousands of fishermen have been displaced by the BP oil spill. Here at Morning Star we are committed to helping these fishermen get back on their feet by training them to raise fish and vegetables on land.

Morning Star is currently accepting students for hands-on training classes.
